- Bring leadership and team management skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have commercial acumen and understanding of how technical decisions impact business performance.
- Be proficient in modern development workflows, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Excel in analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
