Job Description

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of intuitive, inclusive, and impactful digital experiences for our diverse community.

The UX Designer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the usability and accessibility of our websites by collaborating with cross-functional digital teams and internal stakeholders to deliver user-centred solutions that support our various audiences.

This is a hands-on role where creativity and strategic thinking will shape user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that make a real difference. The successful candidate will lead UX design initiatives, conduct user research, and champion best practices in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leading UX design for digital initiatives, including user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Conducting or supporting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborating with UI designers, content designers, developers, and other digital specialists.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user-focused solutions.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in UX design and a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes.
  • A degree in design, marketing, business or a related field with at least four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, User Testing, Miro, or similar.
