Digital Marketing Role

The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing efforts, developing and implementing innovative strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, preparing agency briefs, and overseeing supporter-facing communications.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field and at least 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and external agencies.
  • Prepare agency briefs, project timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee supporter-facing communications and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
  • Support the Head of Digital in meeting digital team KPIs through paid and non-paid digital channel management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Campaign and project management skills.
  • Proven analytics capability.
  • Minimum 3 years agency and relationship management experience.
  • Experience driving quality control processes and assessing effectiveness.
  • A thorough understanding of digital growth and acquisition marketing.
