About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Service Manager to join our dynamic retail team at Baby Bunting. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a crucial role in developing your leadership skills while overseeing the daily operations of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, educating parents on our products, and fostering genuine relationships with each customer.
  2. Maintain the store's appearance and showcase our latest promotions, ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment.
  3. Ensure the store adheres to all OH&S protocols, promoting a culture of safety for all employees and customers.
  4. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, sales, loyalty, and NPS.

  1. A strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
