This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our financial systems, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the integrity and performance of our planning analytics system, guaranteeing availability, security, and optimal functionality of routine tasks.
- Manage system changes, issues, and user licenses, upholding rigorous testing and control procedures.
- Develop and refine reporting, planning, and forecasting models to ensure accuracy, relevance, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the finance support team to design and implement efficient models and accurate reports, promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Verify data integrity by reconciling finance data cubes with source systems, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Provide expert ERP finance administration support, including cost centre and reporting hierarchy maintenance.
- Implement and enforce robust finance network access controls, guaranteeing secure data access and confidentiality.
- Efficiently resolve system issues and deliver change requests, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive IBM Planning Analytics user training, empowering stakeholders with essential knowledge and skills.
- At least 3 years' experience supporting complex financial systems and multi-dimensional database management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience providing advanced ERP finance administration support.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization.
