Main Responsibilities

  • Design and Execute Performance Tests: Develop and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for applications and systems using various tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar.",
  • Analyze System Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.",
  • Identify Performance Bottlenecks: Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring optimal configuration and deployment practices.",
  • Develop Performance Strategies: Develop and implement performance test strategies and plans aligned with business and technical requirements.",
  • Provide Recommendations: Provide recommendations for performance improvements and capacity planning to ensure seamless system operation.",
  • Document Test Results: Document test results, performance issues, and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base for future reference.",
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in performance engineering to ensure continuous learning and improvement.",

  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner.",
  • Experience with Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana.",
  • Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.",
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex performance issues.",
