Information Technology Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced IT project leader to drive Council's multi-phase ERP Program.
Key responsibilities include managing project plans, timelines, dependencies and milestones, as well as facilitating stakeholder engagement and communication.
The ideal candidate will have proven skills in coordinating complex IT projects, managing budgets and risks, and leading cross-functional teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and vendor management experience are essential.
- Manage project delivery, focusing on the Council's ERP Program, by applying appropriate methodologies to meet quality, scope, time, and cost expectations.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, translating technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
- Support procurement and vendor management, tracking contract performance and ensuring compliance with Council procurement policies and regulations.
- Monitor project resources and expenditure, collaborating with Finance for accurate reporting.
