Associate Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Unit Manager to join our Women's Emergency Care team at The Royal Women's Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care provided to patients by our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the multidisciplinary workforce to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in the coordination of clinical services to ensure optimal service delivery
- Monitor and improve performance measured by meeting KPIs of WEC
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. You will bring with you:
- Great communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude
- Able to foster open and supportive relationships with your team
- An AHPRA registered Midwife and Nurse (dual registrant) with acute care experience in women's health
- Committed to advancing your clinical skills in all areas of women's health and maternity care
- Able to work a rotating roster including AM, PM, and night duty shifts
- Capable of achieving RANZCOG level 3
