Job Title: Senior IT Manager for Data Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our data integration efforts. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital integration and elevate our technological capabilities.

  • Lead the effective management of our infrastructure and network operations, security, availability and backup ensuring these meet the needs of today and prepares us for tomorrow;
  • Drive quality control, risk management, and best practices by developing and implementing performance indicators, IT policies, and documentation that keep us running smoothly; and
  • Play a key role in shaping our future by offering expert technical advice and insights to support strategic planning and budgeting, collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Proactive in keeping systems up to date, managing documentation, and maintaining asset profiles;

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience managing IT infrastructure and networks across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments, including external interfaces;
  • Extensive experience leading cloud transformations and successfully transitioning workloads to cloud-native environments;
  • Hands-on expertise in managing infrastructure or networks within large, complex, multi-location organisations;
  • Proven ability to understand business needs and develop innovative, scalable solutions within challenging environments;
  • Strong communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintain confidentiality, and foster a positive team environment through empathy, diplomacy, and respect.
