We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration Specialist to design, develop, and deliver enterprise integration solutions connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), Workday, and core business systems. This role will be central to building scalable, secure, and maintainable integration components using Azure Integration Services and Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement integration solutions using Azure LogicApps, Function Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
  • Build and maintain file-based and API-based integrations between Workday, D365, and internal systems.
  • Apply integration design principles ensuring solutions are loosely coupled, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Implement robust error handling with retry mechanisms, dead-letter queues, and circuit breakers.
  • Configure and maintain centralized logging and monitoring using Azure Monitor and related tools.
  • Apply security best practices including OAuth, API keys, encryption, and secure key management via Azure Key Vault.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support functional, non-functional, load, and performance testing using tools such as Azure Load Testing and Postman.
  • Collaborate with technical and testing teams to validate integration flows, ensure test coverage, and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure integration alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Document integration components with a focus on reusability, version control, and knowledge sharing.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, API Management) and integration patterns (pub/sub, request-reply).
  • Strong understanding of data formats such as JSON, XML, and REST APIs.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Workday is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and OneLake is advantageous.
  • Strong diagnostic skills in resolving integration challenges across CRM, ERP, and Finance systems.
  • Experience designing and executing integration test cases to ensure data reliability and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments and adapt to changing priorities.
