Senior Quality Assurance Manager - Data Integration

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Quality Assurance Manager – Data Integration. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing multiple data integration testing projects and ensuring they meet established quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage test functions delivered by external service providers.
  • Ensure review of all test deliverables, including estimates, strategies, schedules, plans, and completion reports.
  • Influence key stakeholders and project sponsors in achieving testing goals.
  • Promote process excellence and efficiency in testing operations.
  • Oversee vendors to quality commitments.
  • Develop Test Strategies for business intelligence projects.
  • Perform lead and execution roles on large project assignments as directed.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience governing and managing IT testing functions, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Leadership experience with large teams and programs for delivering technical outcomes.
  • Proven reporting and documentation skills, including strategic and tactical planning, report production for diverse audiences, and drafting functional and non-functional test cases.
  • Experience in agile delivery lead roles.
  • Expertise in CI/CD and continuous testing.
  • Managing teams exceeding 20 staff members.
  • Outcomes management within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong risk management abilities to assess project risks.
  • Compliance and regulatory expertise.
  • Banking/Finance background.
