Assessment Leadership Position

This leadership role is focused on driving business growth through a team of experts in technical, process, and customer service areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and external partners.
  • Analytical skills, with a high level of problem-solving and systems thinking, to drive business improvement.
  • Ability to lead innovation and change, including personal resilience, to navigate complex challenges.
  • Knowledge of the motor body repair industry, with a focus on driving market-leading cost capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply new learning to improve business performance, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet service delivery expectations, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze business data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid Driver's license and relevant Trade qualification.
