About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Lead to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving impactful projects and initiatives that transform our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth execution and adoption of new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to regional sponsors and executives to effectively lead and champion change.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in operations, project, or business management.
  • Expertise in change management, including stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and process improvement.
  • Strong project management skills with budget management and the ability to develop influential relationships.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership, combined with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including collaboration across different time zones and willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.
