Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in operations, project, or business management, with a focus on change management.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies, including ADKAR and other relevant frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in budget management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.
