The successful candidate will possess relevant experience in Diversity and Inclusion roles, with exceptional organisational and project management skills, and a genuine passion for enhancing the work environment for all team members.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leveraging the Athena Swan program by conducting staff consultations, analysing data, and compiling award applications.
- Implementing and supporting policies and initiatives aligned with our People strategy, focusing on Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
- Coordinating the Athena Swan Self-Assessment Team and fostering relationships with key external networks.
