Job Title:

About the Role:
  • Working closely with senior management on projects, monitoring progress and reporting milestones
  • Communicating with stakeholders on project initiatives
  • Managing project documentation and associated files
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the achievement of project deliverables
  • Coordinating and distributing reports as required
  • Arranging travel, meetings and events for the team
  • Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks and providing support as needed
Responsibilities:
  1. To work collaboratively with the General Manager of Health, Safety and Sustainability on projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication
  2. To maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports and associated files
  3. To identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary
  4. To provide administrative support to the HSE Managers as required
  5. To coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and events for the team
