Position Overview

In the capacity of a Mechatronics Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, implementation, and management of intelligent automated systems within the truck trailer production framework. This position necessitates a comprehensive integration of mechanical, electronic, and computational disciplines to improve manufacturing workflows, product development, and operational capabilities. You will report directly to the Production and Project Engineering Manager and will work collaboratively with various engineering and manufacturing teams, senior leadership, and key external partners.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the installation, calibration, and assessment of mechatronic systems and equipment in both production processes and end products. You will be tasked with diagnosing issues and optimizing these systems to guarantee their dependability and efficiency. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in mechatronics technology will be crucial, as you will evaluate their relevance to the organization's operations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation, such as design specifications, operational manuals, and user guides, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Robotics Engineering.
  2. Proven experience in mechatronics engineering, ideally within the automotive, transportation, or manufacturing sectors.
  3. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering principles.
  4. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
  5. Proficiency in CAD and other relevant engineering software.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a creative, innovative mindset.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment.
