We are seeking a skilled Property Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our underwriting department, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing risk to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and accept or decline new lines, renewals and endorsements.
- Manage broker and key account relationships to retain and grow business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise sales and marketing outcomes.
- Monitor producers' performance and determine degree of conformity to underwriting and marketing goals.
- Plan and execute quality underwriting travel program to promote understanding of and support for underwriting and marketing goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in underwriting or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
