As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in mitigating risk across our home insurance portfolio, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Enterprise Risk Management: Oversee risk mitigation strategies across home insurance products, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead and Facilitate: Foster a culture of robust risk controls, detection mechanisms, and response capabilities across Products and Claims & Assessing function.
  • Improve Governance Frameworks: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance function to enhance risk detection, response capabilities, and control environments.
  • Collaborate & Engage: Utilize exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing expert advice on risk and compliance matters.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within insurance or financial services.
  • Expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks and understanding of compliance obligations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage internal relations effectively.
