We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the Quality Assurance & Invoicing Officer role.
About the Position- Verify high volumes of data submitted by contractors and technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Confirm that installations meet required quality standards for successful project outcomes.
- Finalise invoicing efficiently to ensure accurate billing and timely payment.
- Communicate with contractors via phone and email to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, efficient processing skills and effective communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume job processing (approximately 100 jobs per day).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Gain valuable experience in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
- Develop strong relationships with contractors and other stakeholders through effective communication.
- Contribute to the success of our projects by ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
