We are seeking a strategic leader to transform the oncology market.

As Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across Haematology and Solid Tumours. This role requires a high level of expertise in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally with experience in both Haematology and Solid Tumours.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with global and local objectives
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of new product launches and indication extensions
  • Fostering a high-performing team culture and providing coaching and development for emerging talent
  • Utilising data and insights to design and execute impactful multi-channel marketing plans
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution of business goals
  • Upholding compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Driving robust business planning and managing P&L to ensure effective resource allocation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive pharmaceutical marketing experience, ideally with expertise in both Haematology and Solid Tumours
  • Leadership experience in complex environments, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and change
  • Strategic and collaborative approach, with the ability to develop impactful strategies and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Oncology expertise, including a strong understanding of the oncology landscape and therapeutic area knowledge
