Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the development and execution of integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) plans that successfully launch, optimize, and embed our value propositions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GTM execution, marketing, product launch management, or a similar role within healthcare, insurance, or a customer-centric industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure GTM plans are well-integrated across all customer touchpoints. They will also assist in the development of GTM playbooks, frameworks, and templates to ensure a structured and repeatable approach to launches and optimizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in GTM execution, marketing, product launch management, or a similar role within healthcare, insurance, or a customer-centric industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with experience in developing messaging and frontline enablement materials that drive engagement and conversion.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret insights and performance metrics to optimize GTM plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution.
