Job Title: Civil Engineer Position

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at 11 Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. Your expertise will be essential in determining construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* Design and plan construction projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

* Determine construction methods, materials, and quality standards, and draft and interpret specifications, drawings, plans, and construction methods and procedures.

* Organize and direct site labor and the delivery of construction materials, plant, and equipment, and establish detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.

* Read and understand construction drawings and specifications, and provide data for designing activities through conducting field surveys and field studies.

* Estimate budgets for projects according to technical specifications and provide reports on estimated costs, materials, tools, and labor.

* Monitor activities on site regularly to obtain performance of construction materials and labor, and design strategies and methods to optimize these resources.

* Conduct relevant tests on membranes to determine compliance with standards, and participate in technical meetings with employers and subcontractors.

* Organize and direct the completion of projects, and ensure effective communication and building positive relationships with clients, project teams, and management.

* Monitor and optimize safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance with the overall design and regulations and best engineering practice in projects.

**Requirements:**

* Degree qualified in Engineering

* Minimum 2 years' experience required in a similar role

* General Building Construction Knowledge

* Superb knowledge of all governing civil engineering standards, requirements, and guidelines

* Technical proficiencies include Microsoft Office Suite, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD

* Possess management, analytical, and technical skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Critical thinking and Attention to detail

**Salary and Benefits:**

The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $60,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
