Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil/Flood Engineer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise on a wide range of projects, including large public and private sector initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support on civil engineering and flood risk management projects
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex engineering problems
  • Collaborate with senior management, authorities, and clients to ensure project success
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in civil engineering and flood risk management
  • Australian tertiary engineering qualification or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with DRAINs, TuFLOW, Music, 12D, RAFTS, Mapinfo, Navisworks, and AR&R 2016 procedures
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends
