Position Overview:
As a key member of our Civil Engineering team, you will engage in a variety of technically complex projects related to urban renewal and municipal infrastructure, including but not limited to earthworks, stormwater management, sewer systems, water supply, pavement design, and road construction.

  1. Lead the execution of innovative civil engineering projects within the built environment, encompassing hospitals, sports facilities, commercial spaces, and educational institutions.
  2. Contribute to engineering investigations, assessments, and the preparation of design and construction management documentation across multiple sectors.
  3. Design essential civil infrastructure linked to buildings, roadways, bulk earthworks, and drainage systems.
  4. Oversee and communicate project specifications effectively.
  5. Facilitate multi-disciplinary project delivery by leveraging various civil design software tools.

Candidate Profile:
We seek a proactive individual who can thrive in a supportive yet autonomous environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Demonstrated experience as a civil engineer within a consultancy setting.
  3. Proficiency in developing detailed designs and documentation for road intersections, pavements, earthworks, and stormwater systems.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently.
  5. Familiarity with local government regulations and compliance standards.
  6. Essential working knowledge of civil design software, particularly 12D Model, with familiarity in CIVIL 3D being advantageous.
  7. Competence in utilizing other civil modeling software such as DRAINS, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, Autoturn, and AutoCAD.
  8. Strong organizational skills to coordinate teams and tasks effectively.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  10. Creative problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and obstacles.
  11. A collaborative team spirit to work effectively across various offices.
  12. Adaptability to handle interruptions and changes in a dynamic work environment.
