We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our professional services team in delivering cutting-edge technical projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Broad understanding across AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows, Linux, Certificate Authority, Smart Licensing
  • Technical Lead experience guiding projects and overseeing the technical aspects and escalations
  • Ability to rapidly resolve complex issues with engineers using various tools
  • Owns the project outcomes and deliverables from a technical standpoint
  • Can articulate clearly and concisely issues, decisions required, reasoning for decisions
  • Effectively manages and communicates updates on technical escalations
  • Works collaboratively within the team and program

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Engineer and Technical Leader
  • Deep level of expertise across Wintel AD, DNS, DHCP
  • Well-versed with Infrastructure Support tooling options
  • Ability to participate in high-level discussions, detailed designs, and hands-on engineering activities
  • Willingness to mentor junior engineers
