">About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead our national accounts operations across Australia.
This strategic role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our business, driving success through tailored solutions and identifying new national account opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead the acquisition of new business opportunities within our national account category, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Cultivate Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing national accounts by renewing contracts, conducting performance reviews, and engaging in strategic negotiations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data-driven insights to design and implement strategies for customer retention, tender pricing adjustments, and high-level contract negotiations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other business unit internal national account teams to ensure alignment across the national offering.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in managing complex client portfolios within a large organisation, particularly in a B2B sales environment.
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in National Account Management or a similar role.
- Experience in Healthcare, Transport & Logistics, or a related sector is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Management, or equivalent industry experience.
- Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in preparing pitch documents, tender responses, quotes, and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a technical mindset.
