We are seeking a highly skilled Valuer to join our team. As a key member of our Valuations team, you will provide detailed valuation advice across a variety of retail property including shopping centres, supermarkets, large format retail centres and CBD assets.

Responsibilities include:

  • The collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence
  • The completion of cash flow models
  • The delivery of timely and accurate valuation and advisory reports

In addition, you will:

  • Attend client functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Assess current market values for properties
  • Extract and appropriately analyse comparable sales evidence
  • Work collaboratively with other divisions by seeking and referring opportunities
