Retail Property Valuer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Property Valuer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide detailed valuation advice across a variety of retail properties, including shopping centers, supermarkets, large format retail centers, and CBD assets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for collecting and analyzing sales and leasing evidence, completing cash flow models, and delivering timely and accurate valuation and advisory reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Assess current market values for properties
  • Extract and appropriately analyze comparable sales evidence
  • Work collaboratively with other divisions by seeking and referring opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as property or business. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. They will also have a strong understanding of property markets and trends, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
