Professional Valuer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Professional Valuer to join our team. As a key member of the Rating & Taxing valuations team, you will be responsible for providing expert and authoritative property and valuation information in line with legislation, policy, and community standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct land parcel valuations and advise on valuations for rating, taxing, and compensation purposes
  • Support cross-team work within Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations as part of rotations
  • Deliver transparent, objective outcomes on time and in accordance with relevant requirements
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A commitment to quality outcomes and efficient use of resources
