We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the North Adelaide Golf Course. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for golfers and visitors alike.
You'll work closely with our experienced staff to deliver top-notch service, resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication skills will shine through as you interact with customers, both in person and over the phone.
With a strong focus on teamwork, you'll contribute to a dynamic and inclusive environment that celebrates difference. You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers, provide advice on memberships, merchandise, food and beverage, and other enquiries.
In this role, you'll also play a crucial part in maintaining the Pro Shop and Par 3's efficiency, working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact on our community's wellbeing and quality of life. With a competitive salary, you can expect to earn around $34,580 per annum (based on 38 hours/week) + superannuation.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- RSA Certificate or equivalent qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- C Class Drivers License
- Able to obtain a satisfactory Working with Children Check
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prioritise tasks effectively and adapt to changing circumstances
- Demonstrated verbal communication skills, managing challenging situations tactfully and sensitively
