This senior leadership role in Transport for NSW will focus on delivering top-notch deals for key precinct schemes. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be part of our executive team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating strategic plans for Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park, and Pyrmont precincts, ensuring maximum value delivery.
  • Developing comprehensive financial assessments and due diligence for high-priority investments.
  • Overseeing land and property management for Sydney Metro throughout its lifecycle, including planning approvals, acquisition, development, management, divestment, and disposal of land and property assets.
  • Activating community-driven precinct developments through developed strategies.
  • Establishing strong relationships with local councils, communities, and commercial partners for project success.
