Patient Service Coordinator

The primary responsibility involves managing administration of home nutrition patients and ensuring they have sufficient stock on hand to avoid emergency situations, as well as coordinating time sensitive deliveries to ensure product is received in a required timeframe.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer service queries and issues
- Administer home nutrition patient records
- Maintain knowledge and compliance with relevant regulations
- Previous experience in customer service role, ideally from within the healthcare industry or a similar GMP controlled environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
