Key Responsibilities- Manage bowel care with compassion and precision
- Provide manual handling assistance using hoists as needed
- Administer enteral feeding with attention to detail
- Effectively manage complex medication regimens
- Prior experience in paediatric nursing is highly valued
- AHPRA RN registration is essential
- Flexibility in scheduling is required, including rotating rosters
- A valid driver's license is necessary
- Passion for delivering exceptional care in patients' homes
- Proactive approach to challenging situations
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Exceptional communication skills for effective patient interaction
