We are seeking a motivated and passionate administration professional to join our team. This is a rewarding career opportunity for experienced individuals who are patient care-focused.
This role involves handling enquiries with a friendly and professional manner, answering and redirecting calls, and maintaining accurate and effective record management systems.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Handling enquires with a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and redirecting calls
- Maintaining accurate and effective record management systems
- Managing collection of consultation fees via electronic payment
- Liaising with staff from different departments, other healthcare providers and hospitals

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- Hospital or clinical consulting suite experience (minimum 12 months)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Demonstrated computer skills - MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Sessional Suite software i.e. Clinic 2 Cloud & Genie software experience
- Zedmed experience (desired)
