Join our friendly and supportive team in a rewarding role that makes a difference every day. We're currently seeking three Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to work in our Rehabilitation Ward — supporting clinicians and delivering high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role

As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in helping patients with daily living activities and maintaining a safe, efficient ward environment.

Your responsibilities will include :
  • Assisting patients with personal care and mobility
  • Supporting safe patient transport and manual handling
  • Cleaning and preparing beds and equipment
  • Restocking supplies to support daily ward function
About You

You are compassionate, team-oriented, and ready to make a real impact. You will have :

  • A Certificate III in Health Care (or similar)
  • Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of infection control and safe manual handling practices
  • A positive, can-do attitude
Remuneration

29.47 – $31.40 per hour + super + penalties, based on experience and qualifications (GPH Support Services Level 3).
