About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving growth? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships with clients? We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Institutional Sales Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our institutional sales business in the ANZ region.

As an Institutional Sales Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including retail brokers, banks, hedge funds, family offices, and other fintech providers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals that drive revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B2B sales/relationship management experience within financial markets is highly desirable.
  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of the institutional aspect of the online trading industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Confidence, drive, and the ability to take personal responsibility for delivering results.
  • RG146 certification, including annual CPD points.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll be responsible for helping to develop the institutional sales and account management functions of CMC Connect ANZ and assisting with the oversight of ongoing strategic product needs, keeping alignment with the Group's institutional strategy. You'll ensure the successful growth and maintenance of CMC's institutional business in the ANZ region, achieving key sales and account management KPIs.

Your target clients are retail brokers, banks, hedge funds, family offices, and other fintech providers, primarily offering margin foreign exchange, CFD instruments, and other derivative asset classes, and presenting different trading solutions including API connectivity, White Label, and Introducing Broker arrangements.
