Renewable Energy Project Approvals Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our environmental planning and approvals team in Sydney, Australia.
The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting, technical, and delivery skills to drive outcomes that create tangible value for our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Support clients in securing major project approvals for renewable energy, mining, infrastructure, and industrial sector projects.
- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality environmental assessments and impact statements.
- Develop and implement effective approvals management strategies to support client capital project delivery.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in environmental planning and approvals, impact assessment, and due diligence.
- High degree of technical competence in land use planning, post-approval management, and impact assessment best practices.
- Solid understanding of key issues within the renewables, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
