Job Title: Renewable Energy Approvals LeadAbout the Role:Mott MacDonald is a dynamic and innovative engineering, management and development consultancy working with high profile clients across Australia, and globally. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Sydney office in an exciting leadership role.This senior level position will focus on building and identifying new business opportunities in the Renewable Energy market and converting prospects into projects. You will work closely with our Australian Environment & Society Portfolio leadership team setting the strategic direction and maturing our approvals offering across our Australian business.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing client relationships and build new relationships to identify new business opportunities and secure environment and approvals work from key clients.
  • Collaborate with our market and account leaders to bring the best of Mott MacDonald to our clients.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver environmental impact assessments for major infrastructure projects in energy and transport markets.
  • Manage approvals projects across the project lifecycle from proposal through to delivery on projects.
  • Contribute to promotion of our Environment & Society capability within the industry.
About You:You have prior experience within the consultancy industry, working with multi-discipline teams on complex projects. At this level, you can bring and establish long term positive client relationships in the Energy market and secure work from our current key clients.
