Membership Consultant (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Servicing: Proactively source and follow up on new business leads. Service digital leads following best practice, offering outstanding service over the phone and in person.
• Sales and Closing: Confidently conduct club tours, present membership options, and close sales.
• Referral Mastery: Actively obtain and convert POS referrals.
• Community Engagement: Create brand awareness through local outreach and B2B connections.
• Customer Service: Handle membership enquiries via phone, email, and social media. You must love calling and speaking to people, establishing connections and conducting needs analysis.
• Social Media and Marketing: Assist in creating engaging content to drive interest. You must love being in front of the camera and enjoy building an online community.
• Administration and Organisation: Be diligent at following club policies, procedures and processes, ensuring compliance across the board. Support reception with admin, POS retail, and general club tasks as required.

• Organised and Tech-Savvy: Strong computer literacy and administrative skills. Experience using GymSales, Debit Success and Clubware is a huge plus

Receptionist / Retail Assistant (Casual)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive retail sales and meet KPIs in the Pro Shop and Barbell Café.
• Complete POS retail sales with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
• Educate members in product and supplement benefits. Experience in this field is advantageous
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and members.
• Provide exceptional customer service - greeting members by name, handling enquiries with expertise and consistently going above and beyond to meet members needs and exceed expectations.
• Answer phone calls and resolve general enquiries.
• Prepare shakes and coffees at the Barbell Café.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the gym.
• Conduct stock takes and maintain retail displays.
• Follow monthly retail promotions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in proving the highest level of customer service.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of or interest in the fitness industry and supplementation - essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Hold a current Blue Card, CPR, and First Aid Certificate.
• Availability for shifts between 5am-9:30pm weekdays and weekends - essential.

Creche Coordinator (Casual)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the creche, including scheduling and supervising creche assistants.
• Keep track of the cleaning schedule and ensure a hygienic environment.
• Implement creative activities for children and manage the supply inventory.
• Monitor the booking system and ensure accurate usage by staff.
• Handle payment processing and maintain ongoing communication with parents.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Hold a current Blue Card, CPR, and First Aid Certificate.
• A warm nature and passion for working with children.
• Enthusiastic, approachable attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability on mornings, early evenings, and Saturday mornings.

Creche Assistants (Casual)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a fun, creative, and safe environment for children while parents work out.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kids World booking system.
• Sign children in and out of care and tend to any parent inquiries.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the children's area.
• Report directly to the Creche Coordinator.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Seek casual, flexible working hours on a rotating roster.
• Hold a current Blue Card, CPR, and First Aid Certificate.
• A warm, approachable attitude and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability on mornings, early evenings, and Saturday mornings.

Personal Trainer (Subcontractor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as a subcontractor, creating your own hours and managing your own clientele under a rental agreement.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions.
• Help members achieve their health and fitness goals through tailored coaching and support.
• Conduct client check-ins and progress coaching.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid ABN for your business.
• Certificate III in Fitness.
• CPR & First Aid certification (must be current).
• Carry Public Liability Insurance.
• Hold General Liability Insurance.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in building and managing client relationships.
• Up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends and industry best practices.
• Sound knowledge of strength and cardiovascular training and programming.
• Energy, positivity, and enthusiasm.
