Job Overview

The role of the SAP Project Manager entails overseeing the daily execution of the SAP S/4HANA implementation project, ensuring timely completion in line with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure achievement of project goals.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making at all levels.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide team members.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing complex enterprise-wide systems implementations.

Desirable Skills:
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
