Optical Dispenser Role

This is a dynamic role that involves assisting customers with eyewear selections and related services in an Optical Department.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in choosing eyeglass frames and lens options appropriate to their prescription.
  • Process sales and place special orders to suppliers.
  • Maintain merchandise and department standards.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
