Key Responsibilities
  • Provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients.
  • Dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by Optometrists.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience required.
  • Previous store opening/closing duties a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills necessary.
  • Confident, clear and effective communication skills required.
  • Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships essential.
  • Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner a must.

Optical Dispensing Certificate IV highly desired but not essential.
