Our Retirement Living business is seeking a skilled Remuneration and Benefits Manager to develop and implement tailored remuneration, employee benefits, and reward frameworks that attract high-quality talent.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of People & Culture and the national P&C Business Partnering team to ensure operational excellence in program review, design, and management, data analysis, process management, remuneration benchmarking, and enhancement.

We are looking for an experienced professional with proven expertise in managing, coordinating, and administering remuneration, reward, and performance processes across diverse populations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and numerical capability, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to build a sound business case including ROI analysis.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Customer focus, prioritizing employees and customers in all activities and decisions
  • Able to identify new ideas and transform them into new products, services, and processes driving commercial outcomes through a shared strategic vision
