Finance Manager Role

This high-visibility role involves managing multi-million-dollar budgets, guiding a scaling business, and working closely with the Owner/Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing financial policies and practices that set industry standards.
  • Overseeing cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, including guidance for two junior team members.
  • Partnering with sales and services teams to review deals, contracts, and margins, focusing on profitability.
  • Managing and influencing multi-million-dollar budgets to ensure business clarity and growth.
  • Providing strategic support to the Owner/Director on forecasting, planning, and major decisions.
About You:
  • You are a finance professional skilled in balancing detailed financial analysis with commercial strategy.
  • You have experience managing large budgets with proven commercial outcomes.
  • Your background includes working in scale-up environments where you've built structure amidst rapid growth.
  • You possess strong commercial and analytical skills, able to explain complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • You have leadership experience, guiding and mentoring small teams while fostering their growth.
  • You hold a CPA qualification or equivalent.
