Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to join our finance team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the company's strategic growth aspirations through financial insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Strategic Financial Analysis: Provide actionable financial insights to support business growth initiatives.
  • Lead Key Reporting Mechanisms: Own and manage various reporting mechanisms, including quarterly reports and monthly forecasts.
  • Drive Core KPI Improvements: Lead daily management and projects aimed at enhancing core value driver KPIs such as growth, working capital, and inventory.
  • Champion Finance Culture & Capability Building: Support key finance priorities across the organization, focusing on engagement, learning and development, and strengthening finance capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in finance functions, preferably in Life Sciences, Biopharma, or Biotechnology industries.
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills; highly proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain networks within a global organization; able to coordinate across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills; able to deliver complex messages with impactful delivery.
Travel, Motor Vehicle & Physical/Environment Requirements:
  • Anticipate no more than 2-4 travels per year for customer, gemba, and/or finance meetings.
Desirable Experience:
  • GE Financial Management Program and/or GE Corporate Audit Staff experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in using AI technologies to drive productivity and simplification.
  • Experience in effective use of financial modeling and data visualization tools.
