At WT Partnership, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital BIM Expert to join our Digitals team in Sydney or Brisbane.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in advancing our Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities. As a Digital BIM Expert, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all BIM-related activities from planning through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM project workflows in collaboration with the BIM Manager.
  • Coordinate with various project stakeholders to ensure consistent application of BIM processes.
  • Support the integration of BIM technology with other digital engineering initiatives within the organization.
  • Maintain BIM standards across projects, including templates, libraries, and model management.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of the company's BIM documentation and standards.
  • Provide training and support to project teams in BIM processes and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in BIM technologies and processes, and organize upskilling sessions for the team as necessary.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve issues between different service models.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in BIM coordination, ideally within a construction or quantity surveying environment.
  • Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, and other Autodesk products.
  • Understanding of BIM processes and technology with a strong grasp of the associated risks and benefits.
