About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Technology Specialist to join our team in Australia or the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ProjectWise administration, standardization, and advice on automation of workflows for increased efficiency.

Key Accountabilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical and functional support of cloud-based Bentley Systems' ProjectWise and its association with Autodesk products, Bentley products, 12D, and other software applications.
  • User Configuration: Engineer, define, and convey user configuration and workflow needs to meet specific business requirements.
  • Training and Development: Deliver ProjectWise User and Administrator training and webinars for users in the organization.
  • Software Analysis: Analyze and consult into business on software system needs to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • BIM Management: Provide guidance to project staff on BIM management procedures, BIM/CAD workspace development, plotting and publishing, ProjectWise workflow and environment development.
  • Project Coordination: Support major projects and assist project teams with project setup and coordination, identifying and mitigating any risks throughout the software ecosystem.
  • Expert Advice: Provide advice, guidance, and expertise around software design activities as well as customizations to ProjectWise using coding and scripting techniques.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in providing technical and functional support to businesses in ProjectWise.
  • Significant experience using ProjectWise Administrator for configuration, customization, and application support of ProjectWise.
  • A sound understanding of electronic document management with a strong emphasis on engineering design, including BIM and document/collaboration management standards.
  • Network Engineering knowledge and experience within a multi-discipline engineering business.
  • The ability to communicate effectively among a diverse work team in multiple locations, confidence dealing with technical experts & specialists, engineers, and senior management.
  • A thorough understanding of web technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint, as well as general coding experience using .Net and C#.
  • Qualifications/and/or degree in Software Engineering, IT, or Engineering.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
