Marketing Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Specialist will report to the Head of Global Marketing and focus on managing Digital Asset Management, internal design agency briefing, and Jira marketing project support.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in marketing operations, digital or project management and be skilled in people, processes, and platforms.

Digital Asset Management
  • Manage the DAM system including admin, training, adoption, governance, and agency management.
  • Ensure assets are catalogued accurately, searchable, and ready for use by various teams and asset creators.
  • Work with creative and translation agencies on asset upload.
  • Monitor usage rights of related assets.
  • Identify opportunities within global and regional teams to improve metadata and usage.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Services team on new feature development and integrations.
  • Provide regular reporting on creative asset metrics and analysis.
Design Agency Process Management
  • Review marketing briefs to ensure accurate information, adherence to timelines, and identify synergies.
  • Lead weekly progress meetings with the design agency and monthly prioritization sessions.
  • Evaluate asset uploads and cataloging accuracy.
  • Approve PPD and SPD briefs in Jira and assign tasks to relevant teams.
  • Assist with Jira queries and provide training for new team members.
Jira Process Support
  • Develop and maintain Jira workflows and configurations.
  • Map cross-functional processes and configure Jira projects with the development team.
  • Lead training sessions and create documentation for new briefing processes.
  • Maintain administrative settings and implement quality assurance testing.

  • Essential Experience:
    • 3-5 years' experience in marketing operations, digital, or project management.
    • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and implement efficient systems.
    • A track record of being process-oriented with self-motivation and follow-through.
    • Demonstrated ability to enforce compliance with guidelines.
    • Experience in stakeholder management, process improvement, and planning.
    • Problem-solving skills with experience identifying and solving complex problems quickly.
    • Familiarity with DAM software and project management tools.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or project management.
