About This Opportunity

Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a leading consortium delivering design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services to Sydney Water's southern region.

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Wollongong. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by managing schedules, resources, and costs while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Construction Leads to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
  • Developing and implementing daily, weekly, and long-term project programs to achieve desired outcomes with plant, labor, materials, and resources.
  • Monitoring and reviewing project costs, invoices, and claims to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Contributing to the constructability of projects during design development.
  • Overseeing the tender process, including evaluation and award of subcontract procurement packages.
  • Ensuring the quality and quantities of incoming equipment and materials meet project specifications.
  • Utilizing document and record management systems to track progress and project performance.
  • Managing the performance of Subcontractors and the 'Self-Perform' workforce to deliver work packages successfully.
  • Liaising with external parties and statutory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of engineering experience.
  • White Card certification.

$92,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
